Leadership is not very easy cause the leader of an organization has to think the benefit of the organiztiong better than the one of his personal stuff. So far, I don't think most leaders remember this. Also, say, leaders in Taiwan, don't really take leadership as an art and something they have to learn and update. When they are successful, they just think what they have now is more than enough. I think this happens every day and every where.
