If you already make the scan to the car and the scanner give you a code with the cam sensor as fault have in mind there is a cables connecting the sensor to the computer,first of all check the cables then if you have the scanner clear the code most of the codes are loaded on the computer memory and no clear just by disconnect the battery
And that’s right never connect the positive with the negative make that could cause to burn the computer or any other electronic device.
